Martin studied at Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Anthropology. Upon graduation, he attended the William S. Boyd School of Law.
Martin was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2005.
Since becoming a licensed attorney, he has handled numerous cases including civil litigation, complex and multi-district litigation, construction law, class actions, business law, and real estate.
Martin now focuses his practice on Social Security Disability cases, where he helps those who are unable to earn a living because of physically debilitating injuries and illnesses.
